Secretarial Administration

Our Secretarial department attends to many secretarial administrative functions, including:

  • The formation of Companies and Close Corporations.
  • The submission of regular annual returns required under the Close Corporations and Companies Acts.
  • The Secretarial department also calls for meetings as prescribed and keeps minutes of proceedings.
  • Maintenance of the minute books and registers of Companies and Close Corporations.
  • Attending to the issuing or transfer of shares or membership, and issue of relevant certificates.
  • Engaged principally in the legal administration of an entity.
  • Trust secretarial administration services.

As such, incumbents must be able to work conscientiously and with the utmost care. At PKF FCS, we train people to become proficient in all aspects of Corporate Secretarial Administrative services.
