- To sign an engagement letter setting out the respective duties;
- To be open and frank about their affairs;
- To be willing to comply with legislation;
- Not to offer our staff employment or attempt any form of poaching;
- To respect our Intellectual Property rights;
- To respond to our request for information timeously;
- To respect the privacy of our staff and not contact them outside normal business hours;
- To pay our accounts within our normal terms or alternatively to arrange for settlement;
