About the position

Critical Requirements:

• Must have Passed Grade 12.
• Must have completed at least 60% of subjects to obtain B. Compt degree or similar and must be willing to continue with studies. 
• Should be registered with NIPA or similar Institute.
• Should have 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
• Namibian Citizen or permanent resident with permission to work in Namibia. 
• Drivers' license code B.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.

Key Performance Areas: 

• Preparation of income tax returns and objections for all taxpayer categories.
• Finalization of client yearend working paper files.
• Preparation of client Annual Financial Statements.
• Preparation and checking of standard returns required by law.
• Assist with preparation of feasibility studies and various forecasts / models. 
• Secretarial and Training duties. 

Language requirement: English

Further preferences:

• Person of a previously disadvantaged group as described in the Employment Equity Act.
• Additional relevant academic requirements.
