Critical Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Namibian Citizen or permanent resident with permission to work in Namibia.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in systematically handling volumes of work, following correct filing and archiving procedures; understand and logically follow through on procedures involving several different steps.
- Must have no less than 1 year, and preferably 2 years practical experience in a secretarial administration environment.
- MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Driver's license code B.
Key Performance Areas:
- Registration of Close Corporations.
- BIPA submissions and queries.
- Resignations for Close Corporations, Individuals and Partnerships.
- Deregistrations for Close Corporations.
- New client take-on for Close Corporations, Individuals and Partnerships.
- Prepare minutes and Maintenance of minute books for Close Corporations.
- Assist with "Know Your Client" (KYC) procedures as required in the Financial Intelligence Act.
Language requirement: English - must have a good grasp of written and spoken English.
Further preferences:
- Person of a previously disadvantaged group as described in the Employment Equity Act.
- Additional relevant academic requirements.
