Critical Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Namibian Citizen or permanent resident with permission to work in Namibia.
- MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- 3 years or more relevant experience; good understanding and working knowledge of the Close Corporation and Companies Act and the Trust Administration Act.
- Must be able to demonstrate a good sense of reliability and accuracy; regularly and independently follows up pending matters; proficiency in communication skills (verbal & written).
- Must have obtained a basic understanding of secretarial administration matters, generally be well-organized.
- Maintenance of Beneficial Ownership registers.
Key Performance Areas:
- Attend to all secretarial administration processes for Close Corporations, Companies and Trusts.
- In charge of BIPA and Master of the High Court submissions and procedures.
- In charge of Engagement letter and "Know Your Client" (KYC) procedures for all entities.
- Maintenance of secretarial administration processes.
- Timeous submissions of Annual Duties for Close Corporations and Companies.
- Registrations and deregistrations of Close Corporations, Companies and Trusts.
- Maintenance of client database for all entities.
- Independently assist clients.
- Administrative and training duties.
Language requirement: English - must have a good grasp of written and spoken English.
Further preferences:

Person of a previously disadvantaged group as described in the Employment Equity Act.

Chartered Secretaries diploma (CIS) an added advantage.
