Professional Experience

Frank Matriculated from the DHPS in Windhoek and completed his B. Compt in 1985, his articles and his Hons. B. Compt from UNISA in 1992. In 2005 he completed his Higher Diploma in Advanced Taxation, in 2018 he completed his degree of Master of Accounting Science (M.Compt), with specialization in Income Tax.

He is a goal driven, well organized and innovative entrepreneur with excellent business acumen. He is also a strong leader and team player. These skills have served him well in several management positions and directorships held in a number of companies. Frank is the founder and C.E.O. of Financial Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd, and a past chairman of various charitable and professional organizations.

Frank has a passion for researching international and national tax issues and is one of the country’s pre-eminent senior tax advisors. He shares his wealth of experience in different industries not only with clients but is actively engaged in presenting training courses ranging from Taxation to Corporate Governance and soft-skills training. Frank has received various awards and was nominated in 2017 as best CEO to participate in the ‘Titans Building Nations’ competition of the CEO Global magazine. He went on to win the ‘Financial Services’ category for the SADC region. Later that year, he progressed to the final stages of the awards for the African continent and was co-winner of the continental ‘Small - to Medium-size enterprises’ category. Frank is also the first honorary member of NIPA, the Namibian Institute of Professional Accountants.

Frank is an outgoing person who enjoys motor cycling, good music, socializing, travelling and outdoor activities. He semi-retired in May 2018 to travel the world, but continues to support FCS and the board by advising on various issues, including taxation advice. Frank and his wife Anja (past director of FCS) are currently on a well-deserved sabbatical time-out in Europe and have no fixed plans for the immediate future, apart from travelling the world.
